- Residence and Educational Background
- Female students from Haryana, Uttarakhand, or Bihar.

- Academic Performance
- A minimum of 80% aggregate marks in Class 12 (or equivalent) exams.
- For students with single parents or orphans, a relaxation to 65% marks is provided.
- Financial Condition
- Family income from all sources should not exceed INR 3.5 lakh per annum.
- Academic Continuity
- Applicants must maintain at least 65% marks in their previous academic year/semester.
