Recruitment of Anganwadi Helpers in Baramulla: Apply Now for POSHAN Project Uri
The Office of the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), POSHAN Project Uri, has announced a recruitment drive for eligible female candidates to serve as Sahaiyikas (Anganwadi Helpers). Eligibility Criteria:
As per the guidelines issued under Govt. Order No: 222-JK (SWD) OF 2022, dated 30-11-2022, the following eligibility conditions apply:
Anganwadi Recruitment 2025: Applications Open for 6500 Vacancies, Eligibility from 5th to 12th Pass
- Age Limit: Women candidates between 18 to 37 years as of January 1, 2025.
- Domicile: The candidate must be a resident of Jammu and Kashmir and the electoral ward where the Anganwadi Centre is located.
- Qualification: Minimum matriculation. In cases where no matriculate is available, candidates with an 8th-grade qualification may be considered.
Documents Required:
Candidates must attach self-attested copies of the following documents along with their application:
- Panch Ward Certificate and Voter List issued by the concerned BDO/EO.
- Unmarried certificate (if applicable).
- Domicile Certificate issued by the Tehsildar.
- Date of Birth Certificate.
- Academic qualification certificates (Class 10th marks card minimum).
- Non-employment certificate.
- Self-addressed envelope with a Rs. 5/- postage stamp.
- Affidavit from a first-class magistrate certifying the authenticity of the submitted documents and declaring familiarity with HR policy No. 222-JK(SWD) of 2022.
Application Process:
Applications in the prescribed format (Annexure-I) must be submitted to the Child Development Project Officer Uri, near Toll Post Lagama, within 15 days from the date of advertisement (dated 02-01-2025). The application form can be collected free of cost from the office.
Note:
The selection will be based on merit and in accordance with the administrative instructions issued by the Mission Director, POSHAN J&K, under notification No: SWD-ICDS/43/2022, dated 14-08-2023.
