SKUAST-K recruitment of Assistant Professor-cum-Junior Scientist positions
Srinagar 6 Jan KSA): Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Kashmir SKUAST-K has released an interview notice for the recruitment of Assistant Professor-cum-Junior Scientist positions. The interviews will be held from 10th to 12th January 2024 at the Vice Chancellor’s Secretariat, Main Campus, SKUAST-K, Shalimar.
The notice specifies the interview dates for candidates shortlisted for 7 disciplines including Agricultural Statistics, Plant Physiology, Microbiology, Entomology, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, and Civil Engineering. The selected candidates will be appointed at various faculties and centers of the university.

The notice directs all shortlisted candidates to bring their original and self-attested photocopies of documents like application form, date of birth certificate, mark sheets, degree certificates, research publications, reservation certificates, domicile certificate and other testimonials. Appearing for the interview does not guarantee selection, which will be subject to document verification.
The notice warns that bringing forged documents or canvassing can lead to disqualification. It also states that no further interview call letters will be issued and failure to appear on the given date will forfeit candidature.
