Summer Vacation for Kashmir Colleges Likely from July 15

Srinagar, 07 July (DSN): The government is expected to announce summer vacations for colleges in the Kashmir Valley starting from July 15th, according to a senior official.
Vacations are scheduled as per the official academic calendar, and a formal order is expected to be issued anytime soon.
“We are planning to announce summer vacation for colleges from July 15th,” Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department, told Daily Spark News.
“The order regarding this will be issued shortly,” Kumar added.
It is pertinent to mention that the government announced vacations for schools across Kashmir from July 8th amid a continuing heatwave. (Daily Spark News)
