Forecast Overview:
21st August: Expect generally cloudy skies across Jammu and Kashmir, with light to moderate rain and thundershowers at many locations.
22nd-25th August: No significant weather changes are expected in the Kashmir Division, though brief spells of rain or thundershowers may occur at a few places. The Jammu Division might experience light to moderate rain and thundershowers at scattered locations, particularly late at night or early in the morning.
26th-27th August: There is a possibility of light to moderate rain and thundershowers at scattered to fairly widespread places across J&K.
28th-31st August: Expect brief spells of rain or thundershowers at isolated places throughout the region.
Advisory:
Intense showers for brief periods may occur at a few locations, potentially leading to flash floods, landslides, mudslides, and shooting stones in vulnerable areas.
A noticeable rise in day temperatures is anticipated starting from August 23rd onwards.
