Government of Jammu & Kashmir Announces Recruitment for HADP/JKCIP Project

The Government of Jammu & Kashmir, under the Agriculture Production Department, is inviting applications for multiple positions under the Competitiveness Improvement of Agriculture and Allied Sectors Project (JKCIP), an IFAD-funded initiative. The project aims to enhance agricultural productivity and competitiveness in the region.

Available Positions and Eligibility

The following positions are open for recruitment on a contractual basis, co-terminus with the project:

1. Agriculture Specialist
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with a postgraduate degree in Agriculture or Rural Management.
   • Experience: 20-25 years
   • Salary: ₹1.75 lakh per month
2. Procurement Specialist
   • Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Business, Finance, Engineering, or Management.
   • Experience: Minimum 10 years
   • Salary: ₹1.75 lakh per month
3. Procurement Officer
   • Qualification: Graduate Degree in Commerce/Business/Finance/Management
   • Experience: Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in procurement
   • Salary: ₹0.80 lakh per month
4. Manager MIS & IT
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related field.
   • Experience: 5 years in software development
   • Salary: ₹1.25 lakh per month
5. Manager Business Development
   • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, or Agricultural Management.
   • Experience: 10 years in business development and supply chain management.
   • Salary: ₹1.25 lakh per month
6. Manager Finance
   • Qualification: Postgraduate Degree in Commerce/Accountancy or Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
   • Experience: 10-15 years in financial accounting for postgraduates and 3+ years for CAs.
   • Salary: ₹1.25 lakh per month
7. Accounts Officer/Finance Officer
   • Qualification: Postgraduate Degree in Commerce & Accounting or Bachelor’s in Commerce & Accounting.
   • Experience: 3-5 years for postgraduates, 5-7 years for graduates.
   • Salary: ₹0.80 lakh per month
8. Manager Gender & Youth
   • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Science, Gender Studies, Development Management, or related field.
   • Experience: 10 years in gender and youth-related interventions.
   • Salary: ₹1.25 lakh per month
9. Manager SECAP (Sustainable Environmental Change Adaptation & Planning)
   • Qualification: Master’s or higher degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or related fields.
   • Experience: 5+ years in climate change adaptation and mitigation.
   • Salary: ₹1.25 lakh per month
