District Kulgam to recruit AB Fellow for Manzgam block
The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kulgam, through an official notice, has invited applications from eligible candidates for the post of Aspirational Block (AB) Fellow for Manzgam block.
The AB Fellowship is a one-year programme launched by NITI Aayog to improve the performance of India‘s most backward districts. Each district participating in the program will have one AB Fellow.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of various development programmes in Manzgam block, and will work closely with the district administration and local stakeholders.
Eligibility criteria
- A postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- At least two years of experience in development work, preferably in rural areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Kashmiri language is desirable.
Selection process
The selection of the AB Fellow will be done through a two-stage process, consisting of a written test and an interview.
