Srinagar today recorded a maximum temperature of 34.2°C, which is 6.0°C above normal. This is the 2nd highest maximum temperature ever recorded in September since 1891 when the weather observatory was established.

All-time Record = 35.0°C on 18 September 1934

Today’s Maximum Temperature = 33.2°C
Departure from Normal = 6.7°C
Previous Record = 32.8°C on 12 September 2019
All-time Record = Today’s Temperature (Highest Since 1956, when the observatory was set up)

Kokernag
Today’s Maximum Temperature = 32.0°C
Departure from Normal = 6.6°C
Previous Record = 31.8°C on 02 September 2023
All-time Record = Today’s Temperature (Highest Since 1977, when the observatory was set up)
