Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelors in Civil Engineering (B.E/B-Tech) or Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch)
– 3 Years Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture
Minimum Work Experience:
– At least 5 years of work experience in building projects and having worked on multiple projects.
– The candidate must have completed at least one mega project (building) from foundation to finishing.
Necessary Skills:
– Excellent proficiency in:
1. Project Management
2. Quantity Surveying
3. Estimation and Costing
4. AutoCAD
5. Primavera
6. MS Office
