Position Details

Essential Qualifications
Applicants must hold one of the following:
- A Ph.D. in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering, Irrigation and Drainage Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or Electronics Engineering from a recognized university
OR - A Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology (Renewable Energy, Electronics, or Agriculture Engineering—IDE/SWCE) with a minimum of 55% marks along with two years of research experience.
Desirable Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with sensors, controllers, motors, and solar PV systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C, or C++.
- Exposure to smart irrigation/farming, IoT, and AI/ML applications in agriculture.
- Peer-reviewed publications in areas related to AI-based optimization, renewable energy, and precision agriculture.
