Bhaderwah’s Anmol Rathore tops JKCCE as 218 qualify exam

JAMMU, Aug 22: Young Anmol Rathore, hailing from the remote Udrana Village in Bhaderwah Town of Doda District, has secured the top position in the prestigious Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Examination (JKCCE) 2022-23.

The results were announced today, with a total of 218 candidates qualifying for the medical examination.

Daughter of retired J&K Bank Manager Rajiv Rathore and GDC Kishtwar Principal Jyoti Rathore, Anmol received her early education at New Era Public High School Kishtwar and further schooling at GD Goenka School in Jammu.

After successfully passing the CLAT examination in 2016, Rathore pursued her BA LLB degree at Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) in Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat, completing it in 2021.

Inspired by her parents, whom she considers her main motivators, Anmol attributed her success in the civil services examination to their support.

Although she had law as an optional subject, Anmol Rathore expressed surprise at her top ranking, admitting, “I hadn’t anticipated such an outcome.”

She conveyed her overwhelming joy at the achievement, stating that it might take some time for the reality of her success to sink in. (Daily Excelsior)
