Central University of Kashmir Opens Admissions for MBA (Travel & Tourism Management)
The Central University of Kashmir (CUK) has announced the reopening of admissions for its MBA (Travel & Tourism Management) program for the second phase of 2024. This is good news for candidates who missed the initial registration window.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for admission, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized Indian university. SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates need to have secured 45% marks.
Registration Process:
Interested candidates can register online through the official CUK website: https://cukashmiradm.samarth.edu.in/. The registration process will be open from September 17, 2024, to September 26, 2024.
Registration Fees:
The registration fee is Rs. 500/- for general category candidates and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS/Women candidates.
Admission Preference:
Preference for admission will be given to candidates who have appeared in CMAT-2024. However, candidates who have appeared in other relevant national-level tests like MAT/GMAT can also apply. If seats remain vacant, they will be offered to non-CMAT candidates.
Screening Test:
Non-CMAT candidates will be required to appear in a screening test, CUKBST (Central University of Kashmir Business School Test), which will be conducted by the concerned school and the details will be announced separately.
