Contractor Empanelment 2025 – Jammu & Kashmir Milk Producers Cooperative Ltd Invites Registrations
Jammu & Kashmir Milk Producers’ Cooperative Limited (JKMPCL) has officially announced the Contractor Empanelment 2025 drive for eligible and experienced contractors. This is an open invitation to civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fabrication, interior, and IT service contractors to register for empanelment with JKMPCL for the financial year 2025-2026.
Contractors registered under this empanelment will be eligible to undertake various infrastructure, maintenance, and technical works for JKMPCL’s plants in Cheshmashahi, Srinagar, and Satwari, Jammu.

- Registration Period: 10-05-2025 to 17-05-2025 (during office hours)
- Last Date for Submission: 19-05-2025 up to 12:00 PM
- Empanelment Validity: 25-05-2025 to 31-03-2026
- Registration Fee: ₹500/- (non-refundable, inclusive of GST)
- Mode of Payment: Bank Transfer
Interested and eligible contractors can obtain the registration form from the JKMPCL office at Cheshmashahi, Srinagar, upon payment of the registration fee. Completed forms along with required documents must be submitted or forwarded to the Chief Executive Officer, JKMPCL, on or before the deadline.
Please note that registration does not guarantee the award of contracts. All applications will be evaluated based on JKMPCL’s criteria.
