CUET UG 2025 Exam to Start from This Date; Detailed Schedule to Be Released

The CUET UG 2025 exam will be held from May 8 to June 1 in computer-based mode across multiple shifts. Candidates can soon access the detailed date sheet and guidelines on the official website — cuet.nta.nic.in.

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for Undergraduate courses is set to begin on May 8, 2025, and continue until June 1, 2025, in computer-based test (CBT) mode, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced. The complete date sheet will soon be available on the official website — cuet.nta.nic.in.

CUET UG 2025 will be conducted in multiple shifts, each lasting 60 minutes. The entrance exam will cover 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects, and a General Aptitude Test.

Candidates can follow these simple steps to download the official schedule once it’s released:

  • Visit the official CUET website: cuet.nta.nic.in
  • On the homepage, navigate to the “Announcements” section.
  • Look for the link titled “Schedule / Date-sheet for CUET UG 2025”.
  • Click the link to view and download the PDF document containing the full exam timetable.

The date sheet PDF will include:

  • Exam dates and timings
  • Subject codes and names
  • Day-wise schedule
  • Exam day instructions

Before the exam

Admit card: Bring a printed copy of your admit card along with a valid photo ID — options include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.

Reporting time: Arrive at the exam centre at least 60 minutes prior to the reporting time stated on your admit card.

What to Carry:

Admit card

Valid photo ID

A clear, transparent water bottle

A passport-size photo (same as the one on your admit card)

During the Exam

Mode: The test will be held in CBT format, with a total duration of 90 minutes.

Login: Use your assigned credentials to log in at your designated system. Carefully read on-screen instructions before beginning.

Test Conduct:

Use only the mouse to select your answers.

Avoid pressing any keyboard keys unless specifically told to do so.

You can review and change your answers before submitting the paper.
