The below mentioned candidates, who have been recommended by the J&K Service
Selection Board for appointment to the post(s) of Cataloguer/Librarian, (UT/Divisional
Cadre, Kashmir/Jammu (advertised vide notification No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020
under item No. 46, 47 & 54 respectively pursuant to J&K Service Selection Board’s letter No. JKSSB-SD0SECY(JMU)/1/2023-03 (E-7106327) dated 16.05.2023 and subsequently forwarded for appropriate action by the Administrative Department vide letter No. Cul-AdmGen/232/2023-01 dated 29.05.2023 are hereby directed to submit their personal contact details and email IDs in the Establishment Section of O/O Directorate of Libraries and Research, J&K at Jammu/Srinagar in person within (21) days from the date of issuance of this notice for uploading the same on the Employees Verification System (EVS) portal, failing which it shall be presumed that they are not willing to take up their appointment as Cataloguer/Librarian in the Department of Libraries and Research, J&K and shall forfeit the right of appointment without further notice.
