Govt terminates two doctors over unauthorized absence
Srinagar, Sep 23: Jammu and Kashmir Health and Medical Education Department has terminated two doctors over unauthorized absence.
“In the exercise of powers conferred under the provision of Article 128 of J&K Civil Service Regulations, 1956, Dr. Asim Shameem Zaz, Medical officer is hereby terminated and discharge from the Government service w.e.f. 28.10.2019 for remaining on unauthorized absence from duties and leaving the country without prior permission/sanction of earned leave,” said an order of the H&ME.
In another case a doctor has been terminated after she resorted to un-authorized absence from duty.
“Now therefore, in terms of Article 128 of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Regulations, 1956, sanction is hereby accorded to the termination of services of Dr. Kawaldeep Kour, Medical Officer and discharge her from Government Services w.e.f. 01.04.2021 i.e. from the date when she resorted to unauthorized absence from duty,” the order said.
