According to JKBOSE, several candidates have been identified for using unfair practices in their respective examination centres. These students are now required to appear before a designated committee to present their defense.
The board has clearly stated that:
- All accused candidates must appear before the committee.
- Failure to appear will be treated as having no defense, and the decision will be made based on available records.
- The decision taken by the sub-committee will be final and binding.
Additionally, the concerned superintendents and supervisory staff of the examination centres have also been instructed to attend the meeting.
