The Islamic University of Science & Technology (IUST) Awantipora, Kashmir, is conducting interviews for the position of Research Assistant in the Department of Food Technology. The interviews are for a project titled “Efficient Utilization of Poultry Byproducts for extraction of Halal Gelatin and its application” sanctioned by J&K Science Technology & Innovation Council, Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir.
