IUST Re-Advertisement Notice Apply Online
Due to the poor response to the Advertisement Notice No. 07 of 2023 dated: 27-09-2023, Islamic University of Science and Technology, Kashmir, in terms of the UGC Model Guidelines for Re-employment of Superannuated Teachers and for Engaging Professor of Practice in the Universities, invites applications for the engagement of a Professor on contract basis in the Department of Environment Sustainability and Climate Change. Interested candidates / experts shall have made remarkable contributions in the areas of (a) Ecology and Biodiversity (b) Earth Sciences (c) Remote Sensing & GIS (d) Air Pollution (e) Climate Change / Climatology (f) Environmental Chemistry /Atmospheric Physics (g) Forestry (h) Aquatic Ecology (i) Water Resource Engineering / Management (j) Wildlife and allied subjects.
The eligibility/engagement shall be governed by the concerned UGC Guidelines applicable for Re-employment of Superannuated Teachers and for engaging Professor of Practice.

1. Date of availability of online application forms: 28-11-2023.
2. Last date of submission of online application forms: 15-12-2023 (4.00 PM).
3. The detailed CV containing all the contributions made by the applicant, highlighting his/her achievements shall have to be mailed on recruitment@islamicuniversity.edu.in by or before 18-12-2023. 4. Age must be less than 64 years, however, preference shall be given to the candidates less than 62 years.
