The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has issued a weather forecast and advisory for the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, covering the period from 24th April to 2nd May 2025. The update outlines expected weather patterns and cautions residents and travelers accordingly.
Forecast Overview
24th – 26th April:
The weather is expected to remain generally dry across the region. However, there is a possibility of brief spells of light rain or thundershowers, particularly during the afternoon hours. These may occur at isolated to scattered places and could be accompanied by thunder, gusty winds, and hailstorms.
27th – 30th April:
The weather is forecasted to remain generally dry with no significant weather activity expected.
1st – 2nd May:
Continuing the dry spell, weather conditions are predicted to stay generally dry during the beginning of May.
