🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Graduation must be completed on or after 01 January 2022.
- Must have studied the local/official language in Class 10th or 12th .
🎂 Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
📌 Important Conditions
- Candidates must not have prior apprenticeship experience.
- Candidates with 1 year or more job experience after graduation are not eligible.
- Only one district/region application is allowed.
💰 Stipend & Benefits
Selected apprentices will receive:
- ₹13,500 per month
- ₹9,000 from J&K Bank
- ₹4,500 via DBT (Government share)
- Additional conveyance allowance up to ₹1,250 per month
However, apprentices will not receive other benefits or allowances .
⏳ Training Duration
- Total duration: 12 months
- Training will be conducted during normal working hours (10 AM – 5 PM).
- Apprentices will receive on-the-job training in bank branches.

The selection process consists of:
