JKBOPEE Admission to NEET MDS for the Session 2024: Online Choice Filling/Counselling Schedule
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has issued the schedule for online choice filling and counselling for admission to the NEET MDS courses for the session 2024. The relevant details are outlined as follows:

Provisional Merit List:
As per Notification No. 049-BOPEE of 2024 dated 16-07-2024, the Board notified the Provisional Merit List for NEET MDS Courses 2024, inviting objections from candidates listed in the merit list up to 13-07-2023 until 02:00 p.m.
Key Decisions:
– Representation & Policy Update: The Board received a representation from a candidate, Dr. Danish Hamid, regarding JKPM category weightage. The Board considered and approved his claim, resulting in seat allocation as per reservation policy S.O 176 dated 15-03-2024.
– Document Submission Failure: A candidate bearing roll number 2455105380 (listed at serial number 41) failed to submit the required documents by the deadline of 13-07-2024. Consequently, the Board rejected her candidature.
– Provisional Admission with Conditions: Candidates bearing roll numbers 2455105591 and 2455105509, listed at serial numbers 29 and 52 respectively, failed to upload their J&K Registration Certificates by 13-07-2024. They are allowed to participate in the online counselling process provisionally. They must submit their J&K Registration Certificates at the time of admission to their respective colleges if selected, failing which their candidature will be rejected.
Online Choice Filling Schedule:
The online choice filling for NEET MDS Courses 2024 will commence from 18-07-2024 and will be open until 20-07-2024 (Midnight).
Important Instructions:
1. Fee Submission: Candidates must deposit an online fee of Rs. 2000/- for filling up the Preference Form for seat/college allotment. Bank transaction charges will be borne by the applicant. The fee is non-refundable.
2. Eligibility: Candidates who fail to make the online payment due to any reason, including payment failure, will not be considered for seat allotment.
3. Guidelines: All eligible candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions in the e-Information Brochure available on the official JKBOPEE website before filling out their online choices.
4. Seat Matrix: The Seat Matrix for the courses will be available on the official JKBOPEE website before the online choice filling process begins.
5. Provisional Selection: Merely filling up online preferences does not guarantee admission. Candidates’ eligibility will be verified by the respective colleges/institutions, and only then will they be provisionally selected.
