Pursuant to Notification Nos.132 BOPEE of 2023 dated 04-12-2023, the Band has issued the Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission te B.Ed. Courses 2023 in Government College of Education (ASE), Srinagar Government College of Education, Jammu & CRC, Srinagar. In order to fill up the seats which have remained unfilled and also received as shortfall from the concerned Colleges/Institutions after conclusion of 2″ Round of counselling, it is hereby notified that the Board shall conduct Mop up Round of counseling for admission to such Courses in these Institutions at BOPEE office Jammu Srinagar simultaneously as per the following schedules:

The eligible candidates shall have to report at the BOPEE offices Jamna Srinagar for Registration/Attendance and fulfillment of other formalities, from. 10.00 am to 11.00a.m. on the day date of counseling for the said Courses
The Board shall first conduct the counselling of reserved entegory candidates and in case any category seat(s) remained unfilled, the same sens shall be converted into Open Merit as per Section 09 of J&K Reservation Act 2005 and accordingly shall be filled on the same day strictly on the basis of merit cum preferences preferred by the candidates present during the counseling process
It is further notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false fabricated, and action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against such candidates.All the candidates who are participating in the counseling shall hring along the following documents in original on the day of their counseling failing which they shall not be allowed to attend the counseling.
