JKBOPEE Provisional Selection List of candidates upgraded/allotted seats during Special Stray Vacancy Round of Counselling (Physical) for admission to MBBS/BDS/DDM/DDH courses-2023 in Government Medical/Dental Colleges of UT of J&K.

Pursuant to Notification No. 113-BOPEE of 2023 dated 08.11.2023 read with Notice No. U-11011/01/2023-MEC dated 31.10.2023 of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, the Board conducted Special Stray Vacancy Round of Physical counselling on 11.11.2023 for admission to MBBS (Reserved Category) seats available in GMC Jammu and GMC Udhampur and the BDS/ DDM/DDH courses seats available in Government Dental College Srinagar/Jammu. The list of candidates provisionally selected for undergoing MBBS/BDS /DDM/ DDH Courses – 2023 in various Government Medical / Dental Colleges of the UT of J&K, is hereby notified as per Annexure – A to this Notification, which shall be available on the official website of the Board viz. (www.ikbopee.gov.in) only.
The candidates provisionally upgraded / allotted colleges/seats shall have to report to the allotted college upto 14.11.2023 (till 04.00 p.m.) along with the following documents in original:-
1. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
2. Marks Card of 10+2.
3. Domicile Certificate.
4. Category Certificate, if any.
5. NEET Score Card 2023.
6. Compulsory Service Bond by the candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh, if any.
7. Any other document as may be required by the concerned college authorities.
It shall be sole responsibility of the College concerned to ensure proper check and verification of documents before the candidate(s) is allowed for admission strictly as per NMC(MCI)/DCI guidelines.
The Heads of the Colleges shall furnish the short fall, if any, to the J&K BOPEE on 14-11-2023 upto 05:00 p.m. positively.
Note:
1) The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and in case any information
furnished by any candidate proves to be false/ fabricated, and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidates.
