3. Internship Completion Certificate (upto 30-06-2024)
4. BDS Marks Cards

7. DCI/UT Dental Council Registration Certificate
8. Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
9. DCI clearance/recognition certificate for those with BDS degrees from outside the country
10. NOC for in-service candidates
11. Proof of Identity (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.)
12. Any other documents required by the college/institution
13. Service bond for candidates from UT of Ladakh
