Provisional selection list of candidates upgraded/allotted seats during second round of counselling (physical) for admission to NEET MD/MS/PGD and MDS Courses including seats
under the HM and NRI quota in the ASCOMS-2023.

Pursuant to Notice No. 028-BOPEE of 2023 dated 22.09.2023, the second round of counselling (physical) for up-gradation/allotment of seats to NEET MD/MS/PGD and MDS Courses including seats under the HM and NRI quota in the ASCOMS-2023 was conducted by the Board on 23rd and 24th of September, 2023 at BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar simultaneously. The lists of the candidates who have been provisionally upgraded / allotted seats / disciplines in Government/private Medical/Dental
Colleges/Institutions are hereby notified as per the Annexure “A” (for MD / MS / PGD Courses) and Annexure “B” (for MDS Courses) to this notification which shall remain available on official website of the Board i.e. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
The candidates upgraded / allotted seats/disciplines / Institutions shall have to join in the allotted Institutions by or before 28.09.2023 upto 4.00 p.m. positively.
It is further notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the
upgradation/allotment of seats during the Second Round of Counseling shall be purely on provisional basis and shall not confer any preferential right upon the selected candidates and shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition WP(C) No 2233/2023, CM No 5216 / 2023 titled Nadeem-ur-Rehman & Ors. vs.
UT of J&K & Ors and any other writ petition, subjudice in the Hon’ble High Court of J&K and Ladakh, on
the subject.
It shall be sole responsibility of the Colleges/ Institutions concerned to ensure proper checking/verification of documents/ eligibility as per the guidelines of MCI/NMC /DCI before the
candidate is allowed to join the course he/she is provisionally selected for.
The Colleges/ Institutions shall submit the shortfall, if any, to BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar upto 5.00 PM on 28.09.2023 through e-mail jakbopee@gmail.com / helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com /
