Xerox Copy Collection Process: Candidates who opted for obtaining Xerox copies of their Answer Scripts through online mode are now notified to collect them from their respective Sub/Branch offices. The divisional office in Bemina’s Secrecy Unit-II (Class 11th) is designated as the collection point for candidates in the Srinagar district.

Important Dates to Remember:The collection process commenced on the 13th of January, 2024, and will continue until the 11th of January, 2024. This strategic timeline allows candidates to promptly review their Answer Scripts and, if needed, consider the option of submitting Re-evaluation forms.

Re-evaluation Forms Deadline: Crucially, the deadline for submitting Re-evaluation forms is set for the 16th of January, 2024. This time frame is provided to empower candidates to thoroughly assess their Answer Scripts and make informed decisions about the potential need for re-evaluation.

Role of Sub/Branch Offices: The Board emphasizes the importance of the Sub/Branch offices in this process. The Heads of these offices are urged to promptly depute an official to the divisional office in Bemina for the collection of Xerox copies. This step is specifically for candidates who applied for Xerox copies until the 11th of January, 2024.
