JKBOSE Important Notification for class 10th 11th 12th of J&K and Ladakh
Extension Notification for Admission cum Examination Form for Classes 10th and 12th through JKSOS for the session 2023-24 of UTs of J&K and Ladakh.
In continuation to the Notification No: F (Acad-C) SOS-Adm 10 & 12 mo:
Daled: 07-07-2023, the last date for submission of Admission-cum-examination forms through Open School
has been extended upto 9 September, 2023, The admission for class 10th and 12th is open to all especially for
those who have missed formal education and failures from the formal schooling system, school dropout
unemployed youths, children with special needs, persons in employment to chance their chances of
promotion through 38 (Thirty Eight) accrcdited study centres established in cach district of UTs of J&K and
Ladakh.
Eligibility for the 10 class admission is:
I. Students should have passed class 8 Examination with a gap of minimum 2 years at the time of admission to class 10®.
2. Age 14 years and above as on 01.0S 2023. However there will be no upper age limit.
Eligibility or the 12th class admission is:
1. Students should have passed class 10 Examination from any recognized Board with a gap of minimum
2 years at the time of admission to class 12.
2. Age 16 years and above as on 01.05.2023. However there will be no upper age limit.
The mediun of instruction will be English. The study matcrial shall be made available hưough respective
study centres to the students aer receiving the Admission-cum-Examination forms. 30 day contact classes shall be held al their respective Accredited Study Centres The candidates desious of applying for their Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) and HSP-II (Class 12) through JKSOS can submit Admission-cun-Examination Forns at the Accredited Study Centres
of Rs. 3500/- for (class 10 and Rs. 4000. for Class 12th, Thc candidates must deposit the along with payment
prescribed application fee in om of Pay-in-Slip in JK Bank Account No. 1242040500000003. Branch:
JKBOSE, Rehari Colony, Jammu, IFSC Code: JAKAOELUXUR (for Jarmmu Division & Leh District) and
Account No. 0365040500000069, Dranch: JKBOSE, Bemina, Srinagar, IFSC Code: JAKAOFXANIBR (for Kashmir Division & Kargil District) in avoid of Chaiman JKSOs. The said fee includes (Admission Fe. Registration Fee, Examination Fee, Study Material Cost and Conduct of Contact Classes at the Study Centre).
