The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially issued the schedule for submission of online permission-cum-examination forms for Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) and Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) Annual (Private) / Bi-Annual 2026 examinations for Kashmir and Jammu divisions, including both winter and summer zone areas of J&K and Ladakh.

Normal Fee Submission

Fee Structure
- Re-appear / Failure / Fresh Private Candidates: Rs 1300
- Additional / Optional Subjects (5+): Rs 1535
- With Late Fee: Rs 2150
- Additional / Optional Subjects with Late Fee: Rs 2385

Additional Charges
JKBOSE stated that an extra fee of Rs 100 per practical subject for Class 12th candidates will be charged wherever practical examinations are conducted by the Board.
Registration renewal and subject change fee, wherever applicable, will be charged separately.

Online Mode
Eligible re-appear / failure candidates of previous sessions for Class 10th and 12th (except those who appeared before Oct-Nov 2021 session).
Offline Mode
- Fresh Private Candidates
- Additional / Optional Subject candidates
- Completion category candidates
- Division Improvement candidates
- Candidates from CBSE / other recognized boards under eligibility norms.
Important Instructions
JKBOSE has advised all stakeholders to carefully read detailed instructions and FAQs available on the official website before filling forms. Schools must submit signed checklists within two days after completion of online services.
Students planning to appear in JKBOSE Class 10th and 12th Annual Private / Bi-Annual 2026 exams should complete their form submissions within the prescribed dates to avoid late fee charges. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official JKBOSE website for updates.
