JKBOTE Announces Online Examination Forms for 2nd and 4th Semesters
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Technical Education (JKBOTE) has released an official notice regarding the availability of online examination forms for the 2nd and 4th semesters (both Regular and Re-appear) for all Government and Private Polytechnics in the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) and Ladakh. These forms will be accessible on the official website www.jksbotelive.com from May 28, 2024, to June 8, 2024, for the examination session May-June 2024.

Form Availability and Submission: Students must log into their accounts on the JKBOTE website to fill out and submit their examination forms online.
Payment Methods: Examination fees can be paid through online payment methods, including Internet Banking, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.
Principal’s Role: School principals are requested to assist students in filling out the online forms where necessary.
Support for Students: In case of any difficulties, students can contact the Deputy Registrar at BOTE Srinagar/Jammu or raise an e-ticket via the email help.jksbotelive.com with the subject line detailing the issue.
Documentation: Students are not required to submit any hard copies of the examination forms to the Board but should retain a copy for their records.
Verification and Finalization: Examination forms will be verified by the concerned Head of Department (HOD) and finalized by the Principal of the institution by or before June 12, 2024.
Examination Fee Structure:
For Regular Students:
Examination fee: Rs. 1000 per semester
For Re-appear Candidates (Theory and practical papers are considered separately):
For one subject: Rs. 200
For two subjects: Rs. 400
For more than two subjects: Rs. 1000
Late fee (first count from May 20, 2024, to May 25, 2024): Rs. 260
