JKSSB Issues Admit Cards for OMR-Based Written Examination Scheduled on 23rd May 2024

   

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has announced the issuance of admit cards for candidates appearing in the OMR-based written examination for various posts on 23rd May 2024. The admit cards will be available for download on the official JKSSB website from 18th May 2024 at 4:00 PM onwards.

Candidates can access their admit cards by logging into the JKSSB website using their email ID and date of birth. Detailed instructions for downloading and printing the admit cards have been provided to ensure a smooth process:

1. Visit the official JKSSB website at www.jkssb.nic.in.
2. On the homepage, click the option to download the E-Admit Card.
3. Select the “LOGIN” link.
4. Enter your login credentials, where the username is your email ID and the password is your date of birth in the DDMMYYY format.
5. Verify your details displayed on the screen. In case of any discrepancies, contact the JKSSB helpdesk via phone or email.
6. Click on “View and Print E-Admit Card” to download and print a clear copy of the admit card.

The JKSSB has emphasized that candidates must carefully read the instructions on the admit card and bring a clear printed copy to the examination venue on the scheduled date. Candidates facing issues with downloading the admit card can contact the JKSSB helpdesk at 0191-2461335 (Jammu) or 0194-2435089 (Srinagar), or email helpdesk.jkssb@gmail.com from 18th May to 23rd May 2024 during office hours.

The examination will feature negative marking, with a deduction of one-fourth of the allotted marks for each incorrect answer. Candidates are advised to visit the JKSSB website regularly for the latest updates regarding the examination.

The JKSSB reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate found ineligible at any stage of the selection process. Misrepresentation or concealment of facts, impersonation, or fraudulent activities will result in cancellation and disciplinary action.
