JKSSB Notifications: Document Verification and Results Update – May 2025

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued several important notifications regarding document verification, waiting lists, and examination results for various posts. Candidates who have appeared in the OMR-based written examinations or are on waiting lists for certain posts should carefully review the details below:

1. Document Verification – Junior Librarian

JKSSB has notified additional candidates for document verification and supplementary document verification for the posts of Junior Librarian, advertised through Notification No. 04 of 2020, Item Nos. 48 & 49 under the Divisional Cadres in the Culture Department.

2. Waiting List – Stock Assistant Posts

The board has forwarded the waiting list for Stock Assistant positions in the Divisional/District Cadres of Jammu & Kashmir, under:

• Item Nos. 641, 644, 646, 648, 650, 652, 654, 670, 671, 672, 673, 674, 676, 677, 678, 679, 681, 682, 683, 684, 685, 686, 687, and 688, from Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2021 dated 17.07.2021
• Item Nos. 134, 136, 138, 139, 140, and 141, from Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2022 dated 27.07.2022

These posts are part of the Animal/Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries Department.

3. OMR-Based Written Exam – Document Verification Notifications

JKSSB has released document verification notices for candidates falling under the consideration zone for the following examinations:

• Various Posts – Exam held on 06-02-2025
• Junior Librarian and others – Exam held on 09-02-2025
• Public Address System Operator (PASO) – Notification No. 01 of 2021, Item No. 118, Exam held on 11-02-2025
• Various Posts – Exam held on 13-02-2025
• Various Posts – Exam held on 16-02-2025

4. Result and Answer Key – Scientist “A”

• Result/Score-sheet has been released for the Scientist “A” post in the Forest, Ecology and Environment Department, following the exam conducted on 24.02.2025.
• A Revised/Final Answer Key has also been published for the same exam.
