JKSSB Postpones Driving Test Scheduled for March 2 in Srinagar
Srinagar, March 1: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has postponed the Driving Test that was scheduled to be held on March 2, 2026, at State Motor Garages, Bemina, Srinagar.
According to an official notice issued by the Board, the postponed test will now be conducted on March 24, 2026, as per the earlier schedule and batching mentioned in the candidates’ admit cards. The Board has clarified that the admit cards already issued for March 2 will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Jammu Centre Unaffected
The notice further states that the Driving Test for Jammu centre-based candidates will be conducted as per the existing schedule at:
- State Motor Garages, New Plot, Jammu
- Transport Department site at Nagrota, Jammu
Additionally, the Driving Test for candidates scheduled on March 3, 2026, and onwards will be held as per the already notified schedule without any changes.
All concerned candidates have been advised to take note of the revised date and follow official updates issued by JKSSB.
The notification was issued by Reyaz Ahmad Malik (JKAS), Controller of Examinations, JKSSB, on March 1, 2026.
