JKSSB Stock Assistant Exam 2024 Provisional Answer Key Released
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) recently conducted the Written Examination for the post of Stock Assistant in the Animal/Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries Department. This examination, held on January 14, 2024, pertains to vacancies advertised through Notification No. 04 of 2021 and 04 of 2022.
In a recent notification, the board has released the Provisional Answer Key for the written test, categorized into Series A, B, C, and D. Candidates are urged to carefully review the provided answer key, as any discrepancies can be addressed through the objection submission process outlined by the board.
Objection Submission Process:
1. Format and Documentation:
Candidates with objections are required to submit their concerns on the prescribed format/proforma, provided as Annexure “B” in the official notification. Alongside the objection, applicants must furnish documentary proof/evidence substantiating their claim. Hard copies of both the objection and supporting documents are mandatory.
2. Processing Fee:
A processing fee of Rs. 200 per question, payable in the form of a demand draft favoring the Accounts Officer, J&K Services Selection Board, accompanies each objection. This fee is refundable in the case of a genuine and correct representation or objection.
3. Submission Locations:
Objections can only be submitted through offline mode at two designated offices: JKSSB, CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu, and JKSSB, Zamzam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar. Candidates can visit these offices during working days starting from January 15, 2024, and submit their objections during office hours.
– The board emphasizes that objections or representations submitted after the stipulated period will not be entertained.
– Individual communication regarding the acceptance or non-acceptance of objections will not be provided to candidates.
– In the event of valid objections, the Answer Key will be revised for all candidates.
It is crucial for candidates to thoroughly examine the Provisional Answer Key and, if needed, avail of the opportunity to address any concerns through the specified objection submission process. This ensures transparency and fairness in the evaluation of the Stock Assistant examination results conducted by JKSSB.
