Lecturer Suspended for Misconduct in Jammu and Kashmir

   

Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir: Mr. Nazir-ul-Hussain Shah, a Lecturer of Environmental Science at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Sogam Kupwara, has been suspended with immediate effect pending an inquiry into his conduct.

The suspension order was issued by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir on July 30, 2024, in accordance with Rule 31 of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956.

During the suspension period, Mr. Shah will remain attached to the office of the Chief Education Officer, Kupwara.

The Director of School Education, Kashmir, has been tasked with conducting an inquiry into the lecturer’s alleged misconduct of non-compliance and submitting a report with recommendations to the Administrative Department within 10 days.

Lecturer Suspended for Misconduct in Jammu and Kashmir

The suspension order was issued based on a reference from the Director of School Education, Kashmir, and Government Order No. 263-JK(Edu) dated 15.07.2024.

The inquiry into Mr. Shah’s conduct is currently ongoing.
