The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to declare the date sheet for class 10 and class 12 soon. According to the reports, the CBSE date sheet 2024 for classes 10 and 12 will be announced in the current week. There is no official declaration yet concerning the CBSE 10th, 12th date sheet 2024 date.
The Board has declared that the theory tests for the year 2023-24 will be held from February 15 to April 10, 2024. It has likewise declared that the practical tests for regular areas will be conducted.

Step 2: Search for the CBSE date sheet 2024 for class 10 and class 12 in pdf format

PARVAAZ Scheme: Final Selection List for Free NEET and IAS/JKAS Coaching with Coaching Institute Allotments

1. Final Selection List of Candidates under PARVAAZ Scheme for free coaching for NEET examination and allotment of coaching institutes thereof

Whereas, the online applications were invited from the eligible and interested candidates for free coaching for NEET/JEE examinations conducted by the National Testing Agency under the PARVAAZ scheme of Mission Youth vide notification no FD/MY/91/2022/632-633 Dated 18-06-2023 with 09-07-2023 as last date of submission of online applications, further the last date for online form submission was extended to 12-07-2023.

Whereas, based on the 10th and 12 class percentages submitted by the candidates in their online applications, the merit score was calculated as per the formula listed in the notification and in this regard the provisional selection list of the candidates was issued on 10-08-2020 under the General, Reserved category (Female), and Waiting list, and the candidates were asked (PARVAAZ Scheme) to attend the physical counselling/document verification at their respective District Employment and Counselling center 09-10-2023 onwards.

Whereas, some candidates were not able to attend their physical counselling/document verifications at the district level due to various reasons and accordingly requested this office to provide them opportunity for physical document verification and accordingly the timeline for physical counselling and document verification was extended from 17-10-2023 to 19-10-2023 and same was conducted at the office of mission youth Srinagar and Jammu respectively

Whereas, the preferences were sought from the candidates from dated 01-11- 2023 to 02-11-2023 for allotment of the coaching institutes on the (PARVAAZ Scheme)merit cum preference basin subject to the availability of the slot at a particular institute.

However, based on the poor response recieved under JEE coaching programme with regard to the physical counselling/Document verification and also with regard to the preferences of the institutions taken online,the slots under JEE coaching programme is hereby diverted to NEET coaching programme and accordingly the final selection list of the NEET coaching programme along with the allotted institute’s on merit cum preference basis and (wherein preferences has not been submitted, the allocation of the institutions has been done on the basis of number of slots available with the institution)annexed as Annexure A to this notification under General selection list, Female Reserved category list 30% including provisionally selected Female waiting category as per merit) is hereby issued for the information of all the candidates.

2.Final Selection List of Candidates under PARVAAZ Scheme for free coaching for IAS/JKAS examination and allotment of coaching institutes thereof

Though this medium of notice all the candidates for whom the allocation of the institutes for IAS/JKAS coaching program has been kept pending due to some technical issue are hereby allotted the institution on merit cum preference bases and number of slots available with the institutions annexed as (PARVAAZ Scheme)Annexure A to this notification.

The candidates figuring in this selection list shall note the following important points:

1. All the selected candidates shall report at the allotted institution by or before 16-11-2023.

2. The candidates shall submit their documents at their allotted coaching institute at the time of admission, as per notification number, FD-MY/34/2021/1253-1270 DT 02-11-2023

3. Formal classes shall begin from 17-11-2023.

4. Candidates shall have to ensure the following during the course of the program:

a) Maintain a minimum of 90% attendance during the program.

b) Unauthorized absence by any candidate for more than 15 days without any justified reason shall (PARVAAZ Scheme)lead to removal from the coaching program and recovery of fee along with 10% penal interest from the candidate.

c) Candidate shall not be allowed to leave the coaching program mid-way without any reasonable cause. CEO, Mission Youth shall be the final authority to decide the genuineness of reason.

Issuance of Admit Cards to the candidates for OMR Based Written Examination for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil).

1. The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is conducting the OMR based

Written Examination for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil), (Notification No. 06 of 2022, Item No. 201), Department of PWD(R&B) on 19.11.2023.

2. Admit Cards for the candidates of the above examination shall be hosted on JKSSB’s official website (www.jkssb.nic.in) w.e.f 14.11.2023 to 19.11.2023.

Pursuant to Notification No. 114-BOPEE of 2023 dated 08 11 2023, the Board has conducted Map Up Round of Physical counselling for filing up of seats of Ayush Courses -2023 which had remained unfilled or received as shortfall after the conduct of 2 round of counseling held on 30 & 31″ of October 2023 at BOPEE office Srinagar/Jammu simultaneously. The list of candidates provisionally Upgraded/ Allotted seats in Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of K is hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this notification, which shall be available on the official website of the Board viz.

The provisionally selected candidates shall report to the colleges allotted to them upto 19:11.2023 4:00 pm along with the following documents in original

The concerned Colleges/Institutions shall furnish the shortfall any, on 19.11.2023 upto 05:00p.m. positively to enable the Board to take further appropriate action in the matter.

1.The admission of candidates shall be purely provisional and able to be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidates) proves to be false fabricated and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against them.

2. If any candidate(s) found to have concealed any information, his/her selection/admission

TRAFFIC POLICE HEADQUARTERS, J&K, JAMMU/SRINAGAR
1. From 13-11-2023, 1700 hrs. to 14-11-2023, 1700 hrs., Jammu -Srinagar NHW remained blocked for 45 mins. due to shooting stones at T2 Ramban. Slow movement observed on NH-44 due to breakdown of HMVs and poor surface condition of road at Dalwas and single lane traffic at Cafeteria-Mehad, Magerkote, Nachlana between Nashri and NAVYUG Tunnel.

2. Passengers/LMVs operators are advised to prefer journey on Jammu-Srinagar NHW during day time. Please avoid journey during night hours as movement of nomads from Kashmir valley towards Jammu may cause inconvenience to the commuters.

3. HMVs Operators/Owners are requested to desist from overloading and carry sufficient fuel during journey on Jammu-Srinagar NHW. It is further requested that vehicle owners must double check the fitness of their vehicles and carry sufficient fuel before undertaking journey on Jammu-Srinagar NHW.
4. HMVs with only 06 and 10 tyres shall be allowed to ply through Dhar road.

TRAFFIC PLAN & ADVISORY FOR 15-11-2023:-
Subject to fair weather and good road condition, LMVs Passenger/Private Cars/HMVs/Load Carriers shall be allowed from both sides on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) viz Jammu towards Srinagar and vice-versa. Commuters are advised to follow lane discipline.

Subject to fair weather and good road condition, Security Forces vehicles shall be allowed from both sides on Jammu-Srinagar NHW (NH-44) viz Jammu towards Srinagar and vice-versa.

*SSG ROAD*
Subject to fair weather and good road condition, vehicular movement on Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumari road shall be allowed from both sides viz Srinagar towards Kargil and vice-versa. LMVs followed by HMVs shall be allowed from Minamarg towards Srinagar between 0730 hrs. to 1100 hrs. Similarly, LMVs followed by HMVs shall be allowed from Sonamarg towards Kargil between 1300 hrs to 1700 hrs. No vehicle shall be allowed after cut off timings.
*SFs Convoy, plying from Srinagar to Kargil, shall leave Srinagar at 0800 hrs. SFs Convoy plying from Drass to Srinagar shall plan their movement in such a manner so that Civil Traffic doesn’t get disturbed.*

*Mughal Road:-*
Subject to fair weather and good road condition, vehicular movement on Mughal road shall be allowed from both sides viz. Poonch towards Shopian and vice versa. These vehicles shall be allowed from Behramgalla (Buffliaz) and Herpora (Shopian) between 0600 hrs. to 1800 hrs. No vehicle shall be allowed after cut of timings

Parents say kindergartens, primary level students shiver with bone chilling cold, urges Authorities to announce early winter break

Srinagar, Nov 14 (KNO): With the onset of winter, Fatima (Name Changed)—a 2nd standard student wakes up at 7Am to get ready and to ensure that she won’t miss her school bus.

However, once Fatima leaves from home for school, she is greeted by a dense fog which not only affects the arrival of her bus but feels prone to getting ill with the bone chilled weather.

Speaking to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Fatima narrated the circumstances she encountered while venturing out to catch her school bus and reach school on time.

“It is very hard to stand out there in the misty fog, moreover the irony doesn’t end up in waiting for the bus, we sometimes get stuck on a road because of low visibility,” She said.

Fatima further says that waking up in early morning and stepping out for school amid dense fog is cumbersome”, she said adding “The dense fog impacts the minor students psychologically”.

She said the early morning dense fog not only impacts your mindset but also creates multiple obstacles for buses and cabs while reaching schools.

“The dense fog in winters hampers traffic movement which sometimes leads to late arrival to schools,” Fatima added.

Not only Fatima, several other students and parents narrated the same ordeal and requested the concerned authorities to either change the school timing of minor students or announce the winter vacation early.

One of the parents, Maqbool Ahmad said, “For me safety and health of all of the children should be the priority of the concerned authorities.”

He said, “Any negligence with the health of minors amid dense fog may lead to serious complications among them and this must not be neglected.”

Another parent said, “If the intensity of the fog continues like that or increases in the coming days, I will not allow my kids to go school and will keep them at home.”

He requested the School Education Department to relook at their academic calendar and weather conditions and announce its new decision for the betterment of school children. “An early winter break upto primary would be a welcome decision,” he said.

Meanwhile, an official of the School Education Department said, “We are monitoring the weather and will take a call whenever required in accordance with the situation—(KNO)

ACB Arrests DCO Handwara Over Bribery Allegations

Srinagar, Nov 14 (GNS): Anti-corruption Bureau on Tuesday arrested Drug Control Officer Handwara over bribery allegations.

An official privy to the matter told GNS that one Ishtiyaq Ahmad Baba was trapped by an ACB team after the Bureau received a complaint, through its helpline number, against the officer for demanding bribe.

The official said that the accused had been demanding an amount of rupees ten thousand from the complainant. (GNS)
