The Board vide Notification No.081-BOPEE of 2023 dated 18-09-2023,
had notified the Provisional Merit Lists of the candidates who had applied for
admission to the DNB( Post MBBS/Post DNB/Post MBBS Diploma) Courses,
2023 for objections/removal of deficiencies within 03 days of uploading of the above referred Notification on the official website of JKBOPEE i.e; till
20-09-2023.

The Board has not received any objections regarding the same and hence
the Provisional Merit Lists is, therefore, declared as final and shall be operated
for the conduct of the counseling process.

It is hereby notified that the Board shall conduct the counseling (Physical)
of the candidates who were eligible as per the Lists annexed to the Notification
No.081-BOPEE of 2023 dated 18-09-2023 as per the following schedule:

Note:

1. All the eligible/participating candidates shall have to report at the
BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar between 9:00 a.m to 10.00 a.m. for
Registration-cum- Attendance purposes alongwith the following documents in original:

i) Domicile Certificate.

ii) NOC issued by the Health and Medical Education Department.

iii) NEET-PG/PDCET Score Card, 2023.

iv) MBBS/PG Diploma.

ADC orders salary deduction of 2 employees found absent at TB hospital Sopore

Sopore, Sep 23 (KNO): Authorities on Saturday ordered for salary deduction of two employees who were found absent from their duties at the district Tuberculosis hospital in Sopore area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that two employees were found unauthorisedly absent during a surprise checking on Friday.

He said that following this additional deputy commissioner Sopore ordered for their salary deduction

“The deducted salary will be credited into the account of district Red Cross fund. Moreover, ADC has sought a report from district Tuberculosis officer within 3 days to explain their position,” he said—(KNO)

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited the application process for the Combined Geo-Scientist Preliminary Exam 2024. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website at upsc.gov.in. The last date for the submission of the application form is October 10. Candidates will be able to correct or edit their applications from October 11 to October 17.

The Union Public Service Commission will conduct the Combined Geo-Scientist Preliminary Examination, 2024 which will be held on February 18, 2024.

Vacancy details: This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 56 vacancies of which 34 vacancies are for the post of Geologist, Group A, 1 vacancy is for the post of Geophysicist, Group A, and 13 vacancies are for the post of Chemist. Group A, 4 vacancies are for the post of Scientist ‘B’(Hydrogeology), Group ‘A’, 2 vacancies are for the post of Scientist ‘B’(Chemical ) Group ‘A’, and 2 vacancies are for the post of Scientist ‘B’(Geophysics) Group ‘A’.

State Bank of India has closed the registration process for Apprentice posts on September 21. The next thing will be releasing the SBI Apprentice Admit Card 2023 in due course of time. The admit card when released can be downloaded by candidates who will appear for the examination through the official site of SBI at sbi.co.in.

The online examination will be conducted in the month of October or November 2023. The dates of the examination have not been shared by SBI yet. The online written test will comprise of objective questions of 100 marks. The duration of the exam is for 2 hours.

Except for the test of General English, Test questions for Written examination shall be set in 13 Regional Languages viz. Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu in addition to English and Hindi Language.

Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB)
advertised the aforesaid 28 posts among other posts of Health and Medical Education Department vide Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021; and

Whereas, as per the Notification, the selection to these posts was to be made
on the basis of Written Examination only and, accordingly, the JKSSB conducted the Computer Based Test (CBT) for these posts in multiple sessions/slots w.e.f.
17.08.2021 to 25.08.2021; and

Whereas, on the basis of merit obtained by the candidates in the written test,
the Document Verification was conducted vide Document verification Notice No. SSB/CoE/ Health/ 2021/7598-7606 dated 09.11.2021, from 20.11.2021 to 04.12.2021, both at Jammu and Srinagar by the DV Committees constituted vide
Order No. 380-5SB of 2021 dated 17.11.2021 followed by Order No. 386-SSB of 2021 dated 18.11,2021 and Order No. 389-SSB of 2021 dated 18.11.2021, and separate DV committees for the left-out candidates were also constituted vide Order No. 348-SSB of 2021 dated 30.11.2021; and

Whereas, the candidates figuring in the consideration zone for the above

Extension Notice for submission of offline Permission-Cum-Examination
Forms for Higher Secondary Part-11 (Class 11th) Session Annual (Pvt)/Bi-annual Examination 2023.

In order to safeguard academic interests of the candidates who could not submit their permission cum examination forms, it is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the dates for submission of offline permission cum examination Forms for Higher Secondary Part 1 (Class 11th) Annual (private)/Bi-annual 2023 has been extended.for three more days i.e. 22-09-2023, 25-09-2023 and 26-09-2023 with a token fine of Rs 4000/- per candidate in addition to the last prescribed fee including late fee.

Mirwaiz Umer Farooq To Lead Friday Prayers At Historic Jamia Masjid Srinagar After 4 Years

Srinagar, Sept 22 (GNS): Incumbent Hurriyat Chairman Mirwaiz Umer Farooq will lead Friday prayers at historic Jamia Masjid Nowhatta Srinagar after a gap of four years, official sources said.

They told GNS that the administration has taken the decision after due consultation with different law enforcement agencies.

Notably, Mirwaiz was placed under house arrest on August 4, 2019 when the Government of India revoked Article 370 and 35A besides the State was bifurcated and downgraded to two Union Territories – J&K and Ladakh. (GNS)
