Summer Vacation Announced for Winter Zone Schools of Jammu Division from June 23 to July 7, 2025
The Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) has officially declared summer vacations for all Government and recognized private schools up to the Higher Secondary level falling under the winter zone of Jammu Division.
According to Order No. 212-DSEJ of 2025, dated 21-06-2025, issued by Dr. Naseem Javaid Chowdhary (JKAS), Director School Education Jammu, the summer break will commence from June 23, 2025 (Monday) and will continue until July 7, 2025 (Monday).
Key Highlights of the Order:
- Applies to: All Government and recognized Private Schools up to Higher Secondary level in the winter zone of Jammu Division.
- Vacation Dates: From 23rd June 2025 to 7th July 2025.
- Purpose: The announcement is in line with the seasonal weather conditions and aims to ensure the well-being of students and staff.
