Trumboo Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading cement manufacturing company in J&K. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to join their team and lead their HR initiatives. The Head of Human Resources will lead all HR operations, strategies and activities to ensure they meet the company’s business goals. This role encompasses talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits performance management & complaince with labour laws.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and the selection process to attract, retain & develop top talent so as to support current & future business needs of the company..
- Oversee & manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR manager, Head of HR, or other senior HR role.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, business Administration, or relevant field, additional HR Qualifications are a plus.
- In-Depth knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and goal oriented.
