Weather Update for Jammu & Kashmir: June 2, 2024
Forecast:
June 2-3: The weather will be partly cloudy with a possibility of light rain or thunderstorms in a few places.
June 4-7: Expect partly to generally cloudy skies with intermittent light to moderate rain or thunderstorms at many locations. Gusty winds may occur in some areas, and a few places could experience moderate intensity showers for brief periods.
June 8-9: The weather will be partly to generally cloudy.
June 10-13: Conditions will generally be dry.
Advisory:
– Farmers are advised to suspend farm operations on June 5-6 due to expected weather conditions.
– During June 2-4, the plains of Jammu Division will experience generally hot and dry weather with a heatwave.
– No heatwave is expected in Kashmir Division over the next eight days.
