Winter Break Announced for High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh: Closure from January 1 to January 27, 2024
JAMMU, Dec 19: High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh will remain closed for the winter vacations with effect from the 1st of January, 2024 to 27th of January, 2024 (both days inclusive). The period commencing from 1st of January to 6th of January, 2024 will be no work period for the High Court.
Chief Justice of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court N Kotiswar Singh has nominated Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal as Vacation Judge for Jammu wing from January 8, 2024 to 17th of January, 2024, Justice Rajesh Sekhri as Vacation Judge for Jammu wing from January 18, 2024 to 27th of January, 2024.
Justice Rahul Bharti as Vacation Judge for Srinagar wing from January 8, 2024 to 17th of January, 2024 and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi as Vacation Judge for Srinagar wing from January 18, 2024 to 27th of January, 2024.
