JKBOPEE BSc Nursing Result/ Merit List 2023 download pdf

JKBOPEE BSc Nursing Result: Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination have successfully conducted the examination for B.Sc Nursing. The entrance examination has been successfully conducted. So, all the students who have appeared for the exam are waiting for the publication of the J&K 2023 Result. The authorities have released merit list/Result. However, candidates can expect the result soon.

Provisional Merit List/Result for admission to B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Paramedical/ B.Sc. Technology Courses-2023, after conduct of the Common Entrance Test by the J&K BOPEE at Srinagar/Jammu on 11th June, 2023.

The Provisional Merit List /Result of all the candidates, who had appeared in the
Common Entrance Test conducted by the J&K BOPEE in pursuance to above referred Notifications / Notices for admission to the B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Paramedical / B.Sc. Technology Courses-2023 at Government / Private Colleges of UT of J&K is hereby notified as per the Annexure-A to this Notification.

The Board had received certain representations regarding the wrong answers of few questions within the prescribed dates as mentioned in the guidelines referred in Notification No. 031-BOPEE of 2023 dared 30-05-2023. These representations were examined and the answers were got re-examined afresh from the subject experts, and based on the feedback, the revised answer were prepared which are annexed as Annexure-B to this Notification. Therefore, the result of candidates has accordingly been prepared as per the revised Key which is annexed as Annexure-A to this Notification.

In case two or more candidates have obtained the same marks in the Entrance Test, the Inter-se-Merit/ Tie of such candidates have to been resolved as per provision defined at Page No. 35, Point No.13 of e-Information Brochure which is also available on the official website of Board (www.jkbopee.gov.in).

As per provisions defined at Point No.03, Page No.11 of e-Information Brochure,
the candidate(s), who have any objection against his/her result, if any, shall have to submit a written representation(s) along with a payment receipt of Rs.1000/- to be paid through POS Machine at the BOPEE Offices Srinagar/Jammu for the purpose of re-totaling of marks.

The representation(s) in this regard shall be received upto three working days of uploading of this Notification on the BOPEE website by the Board after the declaration of result. No representation shall be entertained after the expiry of the prescribed date/time. The counseling schedule for admission to B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Paramedical/ B.Sc.

Technology Course shall be notified separately as and when decided by the Board.

Govt Orders Transfers Of One IAS, 11 JKAS Officers

Srinagar, July 18 (GNS): One IAS and eleven JKAS officers were transferred on Tuesday in the interest of administration with immediate effect.

According to separate orders, Ashok Kumar Parmar, IAS (AGMUT:1992), Principal Secretary to the Government, ARI and Trainings Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Skill Development Department.
Yasha Mudgul, IAS (AGMUT:2007), Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department, has been asked to hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, ARI and Trainings Department, in addition to her own duties, till further orders.

Deepika Kumari Sharma, JKAS, Secretary in the Jal Shakti Department, holding additional charge of Executive Director, Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society, has been transferred and posted as Custodian General, J&K, against an available vacancy. “She shall continue to hold the additional charge of the post of Executive Director, Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society, till further orders.”

As per separate orders, copies of which lie with GNS, Ranjit Singh, JKAS, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Distilleries), Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua.

Suresh Chander, JKAS, Registrar, District Kathua, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Samba.

Deepika Rana, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.

Rakesh Dubey, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Samba, has been transferred and posted as Joint Registrar, Cooperatives (Banking and Finance), J&K, against an available vacancy.

Ramkesh Sharma, JKAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Hospitality and Protocol Department, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Excise Commissioner (Distilleries), Jammu.

Srinagar, July 18 (KNO): Jammu and Kashmir’s Grand Mufti Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam Tuesday said that the moon for Muharram-ul-Haram, the first month of Islamic calendar, was not sighted anywhere and that Thursday would be the first day of new Islamic Year – 1445 AH.

Talking to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the Grand Mufti said that no witnesses could be made available on record regarding the sighting of the moon from any part of Kashmir or Jammu divisions.

“The Islamic New Year will now start from Thursday, July 20, and the Ashura will be observed on July 29th,” he said.

In his message Muslims of J&K, Grand Mufti urged Muslims to observe the ensuing Ashura with austerity and asked them to pray for the overall well-being of the Ummah, especially of the youth.

“People should refrain from indulging in immodest activities in the month of Muharram,” he said. “The Ashura has a fundamental message that we should not bow before falsehood and instead remain steadfast on what our religion teaches us.” The Grand Mufti said Muhrram teaches us to remain steadfast on the path of Islam and follow into the footsteps of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS), who was martyred along with 70 of his family members in the battle of Karbala some 1400 years ago—(KNO)

Srinagar, July 18 (KNO): Jammu and Kashmir’s Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Tuesday said that art is flourishing in Kashmir and that Cinemas are coming up in every city and town while Ganderbal, Bandipora and Kulgam districts will get Cinema halls in September this year.

“Artists suffered a lot during Covid pandemic. Now I am happy to see the artists coming from other parts of the country to Kashmir to showcase their art and to learn new art as well,” said LG while addressing a Amrit Yuva Kalotsav at Tagore Hall, Srinagar, as per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO). The LG said that earlier, Pulwama and Shopian districts got Cinema halls after which Baramulla and Handwara saw inauguration of Cinema halls recently.

“In September this year, Bandipora, Ganderbal and Kulgam districts will get Cinema halls too,” he said. Pertinently, in Srinagar a Cinema is already functional.

The LG said that peace was imperative for development and promotion of art. “Nothing can happen without peace. Today, one can see youth enjoying ice-cream at the Jehlum river front and at the same time enjoying playing and listening to music. Art knows no boundaries and can soothe the nerves,” he said. “I am happy to see art flourishing on all fronts in Kashmir.”—(KNO)

Srinagar, July 18 (KNO): As the Hajj pilgrimage concluded, first batch of 630 pilgrims is scheduled to arrive in Srinagar on Tuesday, officials said here.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) 630 pilgrims will arrive in two flights at the Srinagar international airport today after performing the Hajj.

He said that return of all Hajj pilgrims flights from Saudi Arabia to Srinagar will take place from July 18th to August 2.

He said that today two flights will operate first flight with first one at 08:15 am and the second at 12:15pm, carrying 630 pilgrims.

Executive Officer, J&K Haj Committee, Shujaat Ahmed Qureshi told KNO that the authorities have already made arrangements regarding various issues relating to the arrival of Hajj flights.

This year around 12,067 pilgrims including 6,698 men and 5,369 women had left for the holy pilgrimage. Additionally, 111 women without Mahram also performed the Hajj this year—(KNO)

Sopore, Jul 18 (KNO): A 70-year old man died of a massive cardiac arrest in Sopore locality of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district as he returned from Saudi Arabia on Tuesday after performing Hajj.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a Ghulam Mohammed Gojree of Hygam Sopore suffered a massive cardiac arrest soon after he reached home after performing Hajj.

He said that he was taken to JVC Bemina where he was declared dead on arrival.

The official said that after legal-medico formalities, body will be handed over to the family for last rites.

Admission Policy

I. ELIGIBILITY:
Candidates having passed the qualifying examination with the required
minimum percentage of marks in aggregate as given below are eligible to apply for admission to the respective programme/s.

The candidates who have passed their qualifying examination under Choice Based Credit System Scheme are eligible/can apply for admission to the PG Programme/s only in such subjects where he/she has earned/obtained at least 24 credits in Core or Generic Elective Courses at Under-Graduation Level. However, for the courses/programmes where there is open eligibility like LL.B, MA Mass Communication & Journalism, MA Library & Information Science, MA Linguistics, MA Anthropology, MA Social Work etc., the candidates having passed their qualifying examination in any discipline are
eligible/can apply for admission to said programmes.

(a) M.Tech (Embedded Systems & Solutions), M.Tech (Computer Science), M.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering),
M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) M. Sc. Bio-Technology, M. Pharm, LL. M, M. Ed.

2. Candidates possessing postgraduate degree/s are eligible to seek admission
in another postgraduate programme or in a Diploma/ Certificate course, if
they fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down for admission; however, no benefit
of reserved category can be granted if already availed.
3. A candidate can simultaneously pursue a full-time PG Programme and one
part-time (Morning/Evening) Certificate Course.

II. ENTRANCE EXAMINATION:
1. The eligible candidates shall be required to appear in Entrance Test comprising of 60 multiple choice questions (MCQ) carrying a total of sixty marks covering the syllabus prescribed for the concerned subject/programme. The detailed syllabi and previous year’s entrance papers
of all PG and other programmes “to which University is offering admission”
are available on the official website of the University
(www.kashmiruniversity.net).

2. Entrance Test may not be conducted for admission to a programme/ course
where intake capacity is equal to or more than the number of eligible
applicants.

3. Negative marking shall be @ 25% i.e. for each wrong answer 0.25 marks
shall be deducted.
