Participating institutes will verify the tentative seat matrix from June 29 to June 30, 2024, ensuring accurate seat allocation information before the counselling process begins.
2. Registration and payment
Candidates must register and complete payment from July 1 to July 7, 2024, until 12:00 NOON (server time). The payment facility will be available until 3:00 pm on July 7, 2024 (server time). Only registered candidates who have completed the payment will be eligible for choice filling and seat allotment.
3. Choice filling and locking
Candidates can make their choices from July 2 to July 7, 2024, until 11:55 pm (server time). Choice locking will occur from 4:00 pm to 11:55 pm on July 7, 2024 (server time). During this period, candidates must lock their preferences for courses and colleges.
4. Processing of seat allotment
Seat allotment processing will take place from July 8 to July 9, 2024. The system will allocate seats based on candidates’ preferences and merit.
Seat allotment results will be declared on July 10, 2024. Candidates will be informed of their allocated seats and must proceed to the next step accordingly.
6. Reporting and joining
Candidates allocated seats must report to their respective institutes from July 11 to July 17, 2024, to complete admission formalities and secure their seats.
7. Verification of joined candidates’ data
Verification of joined candidates’ data by institutes and sharing this data with the MCC will occur from July 18 to July 19, 2024, ensuring accurate recording and verification of all admissions.

Indian Airforce Medical Assistant 2024 Selection Process
According to the detailed notice released for Group ‘Y’/ Medical Assistant posts, candidates will have to participate in 5 phased of selection round including Physical Fitness Test, Written Test, Adaptability Test – II & Medical Appointments. All candidates who qualify PFT shall undertake Written Test on the same day.
The Written Test will be objective type and the question paper shall be bilingual (English & Hindi) except for English paper.
Further, all candidates who pass the Written Test will have to undertake Adaptability Test-II on the same or subsequent day depending on the local conditions. Adaptability Test-II is to select candidates who can adapt to the environment of the Indian Air Force and are able to adjust to the Military way of life.
NEET UG re-exam results expected to be out on June 30, where to check and other important details here
Out of the total 1,563 candidates, only 813 had appeared in the NEET UG re-examination held on June 23. The results are expected to be released on June 30.
The National Testing Agency, NTA, is expected to release the results of the recently held NEET-UG re-examination results on June 30. Candidates who appeared in the re-test will be able to check the scores on the official website exams.nta.ac.in/NEET when released8.
Notably, the NEET UG re-examination was conducted on June 23, 2024, for the 1,563 candidates who were given grace marks for allegedly experiencing time loss during the originally scheduled examination on May 5.
Interestingly, out of the 1,563 candidates, only 813 candidates had appeared in the re-test. It was learned that In Chhattisgarh, 291 out of 602 eligible candidates appeared for the examination, 287 out of 494 in Haryana, and 234 out of 464 in Meghalaya. In Chandigarh, both eligible candidates remained absent. One student appeared in the center in Gujarat.
The NTA had said earlier, “Only 52 percent of a total of 1563 candidates gave retest on June 23. Attendance 813 total. On two Jajjar centres, attendance was 58.09 per cent. Out of 494, 287 gave the retest.”
The NTA had further informed that “63 candidates were debarred from all over the country over malpractices. 17 candidates from Bihar have been debarred for malpractices during the NEET examination. 30 candidates from centers in Godhra have been debarred.”
The re-conduct of the exam was announced following allegations of irregularities in NEET-UG, including paper leaks. As many as 67 students scored a perfect 720, unprecedented in the NTA’s history, with six from a center in Haryana’s Faridabad figuring in the list, further raising suspicions about irregularities.
Allegations of paper leaks and other irregularities had also come to the fore from states like Bihar leading to protests in several cities and petitions in several high courts and the Supreme Court. Bihar Police had arrested several individuals following the allegations.
Meanwhile, the NTA had cancelled the UGC-NET exam conducted on June 18 claiming that the integrity of the examination was compromised.
