Technician Apprentices are required to have a 3-year full-time Diploma in the relevant discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognized institute. Graduate Apprentices must have a Graduation degree (BA/BBA/B.Sc/B.Com) with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University or institution. The age criteria for all positions is a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 24 years.
The selection process for the Apprenticeship Program includes an Online Test followed by a Medical Fitness Test. Candidates who successfully pass both stages will be eligible for the apprenticeship positions. The Online Test is designed to assess the candidates’ knowledge and skills related to the specific trade or discipline they are applying for, while the Medical Fitness Test ensures that selected candidates are physically fit to undertake the apprenticeship duties.
