University of Kashmir Recruitment 2024, Apply for various vacancies
The Department of Geoinformatics at the University of Kashmir is hiring for several project positions under two DST and one RUSA sponsored research projects. The positions are for a one-year period, and they could be extended.
The available positions are:
- Principal Project Associate (Glacier Studies in the Himalaya)
- Senior Project Associate (Glacier Studies in the Himalaya)
- Project Associate-II (CoE for Glacier Studies in the Himalaya)
- Project Associate-I (CoE for Glacier Studies in the Himalaya)
- Project Fellow (RUSA 2.0 Project)
- Scientific Administrative Assistant (Capacity Building Programme in Glaciology)
The qualifications required for the positions vary, but most require a Ph.D. in Geoinformatics, Geology, Meteorology, or Climate Change, or an M.Sc. in Geoinformatics with research experience.
The application process starts on February 5, 2024 and ends on February 20, 2024. Interviews will be held on February 20, 2024.
