CUET UG Result 2025: After the official announcement, candidates can check their marks on cuet.nta.nic.in.

CUET UG Result 2025: The result of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2025 will be announced today, July 4. After the official announcement, candidates can check their marks on the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA), cuet.nta.nic.in, using their application numbers and dates of birth.

How to check CUET UG results 2025 when declared

Visit the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in.

Open the CUET UG 2025 scorecard download link.

Enter your login credentials.

Submit and check the result.

NTA will also announce the CUET UG toppers’ list and their marks along with the result.

After the CUET result, qualified candidates need to apply for admission. There is no common counselling process for CUET UG and candidates need to apply for each institution separately.

CUET is the national-level entrance test for undergraduate admission to central and other participating universities.

This year, the exam was held from May 13 to June 4, including a re-test on June 2 and 4 for those who originally appeared for the test on May 13 and 16.

After releasing the CUET provisional answer key, NTA invited objections, if any, on the payment of โ‚น200 per question up to June 20.

โ€œChallenges made by the candidates will be verified by the panel of subject experts. If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The key finalized by the Experts after the challenge will be final,โ€ NTA said.

The final answer key has been released, and a few questions have been dropped.

NTA, in the examโ€™s information bulletin, said every effort will be made to ensure that each question has one unique answer and if it is found that a question has more than one option, it will be dealt with in the following manner-

If more than one option is found to be correct, then five marks (+5) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options.

If none of the options is found correct or a Question is found to be wrong or a Question is dropped then all candidates whoย  appeared will be given five marks (+5) irrespective of the fact whether the question has been attempted or not attempted.

The exam was taken using multiple-choice questions, and for each correct answer, candidates will get five marks.

If the answer is wrong, one mark will be deducted, and no marks will be awarded or deducted for questions not attempted.

UPSC CAPF 2025: Exam Detailsย 

The written exam has two papers on the same day.

Paper 1ย (10 am-12 pm, 250 marks) will test General Ability and Intelligence with multiple-choice questions in English and Hindi.

Paper 2ย (2 pm-5 pm, 200 marks) will cover General Studies, an Essay (in English or Hindi), and Comprehension/Language skills (in English only).

After the written test, candidates must clear the Physical Standards Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), an Interview/Personality Test, and a Medical Examination.

UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be 20-25 years old as of August 1, 2025 (born between August 2, 2000, and August 1, 2005). Aspirants also need a Bachelor’s degree (final-year students may apply provisionally but must graduate before the PST/PET stage). UPSC may, in special cases, accept equivalent professional or technical qualifications. Anyone already appointed as a CAPF Assistant Commandant from an earlier exam is not eligible to reapply.

Srinagar, July 2 (JKNS): Amid the ongoing heatwave across the Valley, Education Minister Sakina Itoo on Wednesday announced the extension of summer vacations for colleges till Sunday, while adding that a review is underway regarding extension in school vacations.

Speaking at an official function, the Minister Sakina Itoo as per news agency JKNS said, โ€œAs summer vacations for colleges are nearing their end, we have decided to extend them till Sunday due to the prevailing heatwave.โ€

She said the government is actively monitoring weather conditions before taking any final call on reopening schools. โ€œAs far as vacations for schools are concerned, we will review the situation soon, keeping the weather forecast in view,โ€ she said.

Summer vacations for colleges were earlier scheduled to end on July 4, while for schools they are set to end on July 7. (JKNS)

Srinagar, July 2: Jammu and Kashmir Education Minister Sakina Yatoo on Wednesday ruled out any immediate extension of the ongoing summer vacation in schools, stating that the 15-day break is sufficient for students.

She emphasized that reopening of schools after summer break remains our priority and any further decision will depend strictly on the assessment of weather conditions.

Speaking exclusively to news agency KINS over phone, the Minister said, โ€œAs of now, we have no plan to extend the summer vacation. Fifteen days are quite enough for students to relax during this hot weather. We have been informed that hot weather conditions are expected to improve after July 4.โ€

She stressed the importance of striking a balance between comfort and academic responsibility.

โ€œWe must understand that our children need to complete their syllabus. We cannot keep schools shut every time thereโ€™s a spell of hot weather. Education should not suffer,โ€ she added.

The government had earlier announced summer vacations for all government and private schools in the Kashmir division from June 23 to July 7 following an intense heat wave that made it difficult for students to attend classes.

Before declaring the vacation, authorities had revised school timings due to rising temperatures.

Minister Sakina Yatoo maintained that while the government is sensitive to the wellbeing of students, extending holidays beyond a reasonable period affects the academic calendar. โ€œPost-July 7, weโ€™ll review the weather pattern and, if absolutely necessary, we will take further action. But how much can we really extend? Fifteen days should suffice,โ€ she concluded.

The ministerโ€™s remarks come amid ongoing speculation about a possible extension of the break, as temperatures continue to hover above normal in parts of the Valley.โ€“(KINS)
