Grenade Blast At Sunday Market Srinagar, 6 People Injured

Srinagar, November 03(GNS) Atleast 6 people were injured in a grenade blast that took place at Sunday Market area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Sunday.

A top police officer told GNS that militants lobbed a grenade in a busy Market near TRC resulting in injuries to six people.

All of them have been immediately shifted to nearby hospital for treatment. However all are stable as they have recieved few splinters.

Soon after the incident whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.

The number of injuries could rise as this information is preliminary in nature.

The gold rates in Delhi on 02 November, 2024 slashed. Going by the rates today, the price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold, 73,800 with a fall of Rs. 700 while the rate of 10 grams of 24-carat gold is trading at Rs. 80,550 with a fall of Rs. 770. While the Silver rate is at Rs. 97,000 per kilogram. The gold rates in the international market have been fluctuating.

Over the past few weeks gold rates have experienced a fall during the wedding season, fluctuating around Rs. 70,000 for 10 grams of 24-carat gold and approximately Rs. 66,000 for 10 grams of 22-carat gold.

The gold prices mentioned here are due at 8 am, the prices could alter at every moment and hence the gold buyers need to track the live prices at a given time.

The mentioned prices here are closing prices of yesterday while today’s price would begin either with a decrease or increase.

Kolkata – Today’s 24-carat gold price in Kolkata is Rs 80,550 for 10 grams. Kolkata’s 22-carat gold price is Rs 73,840 per 10 gram today.

Ahmedabad – Today’s 24-carat gold price in Ahmedabad is Rs 80,600 for 10 grams. Ahmedabad’s 22-carat gold price is Rs 73,890 per 10 gram today.
