CEO Anantnag warns private schools, coaching centre for running tuition centres
Anantnag, Dec 18 (GNS): Authorities in Anantnag district on Monday warned Private Schools coaching centers in south Kashmir district for being involved in tuitions despite winter break.
“It has come to the notice of undersigned that some Private Schools are involved in tuitions despite winter break and are forcing the students to report such centers. Similarly, some coaching centers are also functioning without proper approval and registration,” reads a circular issued by Chief Education Officer Anantnag.
“Before action as warranted under rules is initiated against them, the management of these schools and tuition centers are put on strict instructions to desist from this activity henceforth,” the circular, a copy of which lies with GNS reads, adding, “Moreover, Zonal level monitoring committees already constituted for the purpose of monitoring are also put under strict instructions to maintain strict vigil over the violators for the said directions and prompt reporting to this office thereof.”(GNS)
