The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has extended the application deadline for the recruitment of clerks for the vacancies in the 2024-25 session. Applicants can now submit the online form for this job until July 28, through the official website, https://www.ibps.in/. The earlier deadline for applying was July 21, which has now been extended. The online application process started on July 1. Applicants in the General category are required to pay Rs 850 as the fee for registration, while candidates belonging to SC, ST, and other reserved categories have to pay Rs 175.

IBPS Recruitment: How to apply

Step 1: Go to the official website of IBPS, https://www.ibps.in/.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on CRP Clerical.

Step 3: Register yourself by submitting your basic contact details such as your contact number and email id.

Step 4: After registration, you will receive the login credentials necessary to access the application form.

This year, IBPS has released a total of 4,545 vacancies for clerical posts in different banks. A total of 10 banks are participating in this recruitment process, including Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Indian Bank, and others. Srinagar:Mumbai cricketer Sarfaraz Khan has married a girl from Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Several videos have surfaced on social media in which Khan, who plays for Delhi Capitals in the cash-rich IPL, can be seen in a black Sherwani at his in-laws’ place. Khan even did a tic-tac with a local portal in which he said it was his “destiny to get married in Kashmir”.

“If the Almighty has destined, I will play for India one day,” the cricketer, who has been scoring heavily on the domestic circuit, said. A lot of his fans were also seen thronging to get a glimpse of the cricketer. (PTI)

Sarfaraz Khan, the talented Mumbai cricketer, who also plays for Delhi Capitals (DC) in the Indian Premier League (IPL), tied the knot with a girl from Shopian, Kashmir on August 6, 2023.

As per local reports, the occasion lit up the southern region with celebratory zeal. The wedding happened in the bride’s house and local media covered the event in detail.

The videos and photos from the ceremony went viral on social media and showed the couple during the wedding ceremony and reception.

The 25-year-old has played 39 FC matches, scoring 3559 runs with 13 centuries and a best of 301* and has an average of 74.14. In 31 List-A games, Sarfaraz has 538 runs with 2 centuries, while in 88 T20s, he has 1124 runs strike rate-rate of 128.89 and 3 fifties to his name.

Sarfaraz Khan also posted a photo with his bride on his Instagram the with caption: “Alhamdulillah married.“

8th pass Anganwadi Helpers/ workers Recruitment 2023, know how to apply

Consequent upon the declaration of results by NATA & JEE, applications are invited from eligible candidates belonging to Union Territories of J&K / Ladakh, for admission to B.Arch. Courses at GCET, Jammu (School of Architecture, GCET Campus Kot Bhalwal) & GCET Safapora, Ganderbal (School of Architecture Safapora, Ganderbal) for the academic session 2023. The selection of the candidates shall be governed by the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination Act, 2002 and the Rules and Regulations there under, JK Reservation Act, 2004 as amended vide J&K Reorganization Act, 2019, S.O 127 dated 20-04-2020, and subject to further amendments, if any, by the Competent Authority, issued from time to time.

Eligibility:
“(1) No Candidate shall be admitted to Architecture course unless he/she has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate”.
“(2) The candidates needs to qualify an aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e JEE) or “NATA” conducted by Council of Architecture”.

Submission of Application Forms:
The interested candidates have to submit Registration Cum Counselling Offline Form at J&K BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar along with the following self-attested certificates w.e.f. 07-08-2023 to 21-08-2023 (during working days):

I. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be. For Candidates of UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by the competent Authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate.
II. Qualifying marks (12th class) certificate with subjects mentioned above/10+3
Diploma with Mathematics as compulsory subject; (whichever is applicable).
III. Score card of NATA 2023 or JEE 2023 or both, as the case may be.
IV. Date of Birth (10th Marks card/Diploma issued by the Board)
V. Valid Reserved category certificate, if any, and

Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore is likely to begin registrations for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering or GATE 2024 on August 24, 2023. The institute has launched the exam website – gate2024.iisc.ac.in – and as per information displayed, the exam will begin on February 3. The detailed schedule of the exam is also available.

In 2024, a new paper will be introduced in GATE – Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA), IISc said.

The exam will be held on February 3, 4, 10 and 11. The morning shift will be from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

The GATE exam tests candidates’ understanding in various undergraduate subjects in Engineering, Technology, Science, Architecture and Humanities.

GATE score can be used for admission and financial assistance for masters and doctorate programmes in Engineering, Technology, Architecture and Humanities.

ISRO Recruitment 2023 selection process: The mode of Selection will be a Written Test and a Skill Test. The written test of 90 minutes duration will be conducted first with 80 multiple choice questions carrying one mark for each correct answer. There will be a negative marking of 0.33 mark for each wrong answer. Based on the performance in the written test, candidates will be shortlisted for the skill test in a 1:5 ratio with a minimum of 10 candidates.

ISRO Recruitment 2023 application fee: All candidates must pay a uniform application cost of 500. Candidates in fee-exempt categories will receive a full refund. Other candidates will be refunded 400 after deducting the application fee of 100.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The centre for written test will be notified to the candidate, which shall be final and binding.

Intimation to screened-in candidates for Written Test/Skill Test will be sent through E-mail/ SAC website only. For this purpose, candidates are required to furnish their E-mail ID correctly and compulsorily while submitting the application. Moreover, the applicants are advised to check their e-mail regularly and visit the SAC website from time to time. SAC/ISRO will not be responsible for non-receipt of intimation to the candidates for any reason.

Candidates will have to produce original documents in proof of the details furnished in their application for verification at the time of Skill Test. Those who fail to produce the said
documents will not be allowed to attend the Skill Test and TA will not be paid.

Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement can be instituted in Ahmedabad; and the Courts at Ahmedabad only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any such cause/disputes.

Whereas, 02 posts of Assistant Professor, Bio-Chemistry one each in GMC-Handwara and GMC-Udhampur were advertised vide Notification No. 30-PSC (DR-P) of 2022 dated 30.12.2022; and,

Whereas, the written test for the posts was conducted on 25.05.2023 and the result of written test was declared vide Notification No. PSC/Exam(s)/2023/29 dated 26.06.2023. The interview was conducted on 06.07.2023; and,

Whereas, the Provisional Select List was issued vide Notification No. 33-PSC (DR-S) of 2023 dated 06.07.2023 subject to objections, if any, which were to be submitted within 5 days; and,

Whereas, a representation has been received in the Commission in which, inter-alia, it has been stated that the selected candidate as per the list is a Non-Medico MSC/P.hD which contradicts the eligibility criteria laid down by J&K Public Service Commission vide Notification No. 30-PSC (DR-P) of 2022 dated 30.12.2022 and also NMC Guidelines Notified in the Gazette of India; and,

Whereas, the representation has been examined in terms of Rule 28 of J&K Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules, 2021 and it has been found that the provisionally selected candidate, in GMC Udhampur under Open Merit Category, Dr. Waseem Feroze Bhat is a non-medical candidate possessing qualification viz. M.Sc/P.hD in Bio-chemistry.

Now, therefore, Dr. Waseem Feeroze Bhat is given an opportunity to represent before the Commission within 10 days from the date of issuance of this Notice, as to why his candidature for the post of Assistant Professor, Bio-Chemistry in GMC Udhampur/Handwara be not rejected ab-initio. In case he fails to reply / represent within the stipulated time, no further opportunity shall be given and action as warranted shall be taken.
