Srinagar Jan 5 (KSA); The Government of Jammu and Kashmir’s Public Works (R&B) Department has released Government Order No. 03 -PW(R&B) of 2024 on January 4, 2024, detailing the final selection and appointment process for Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in the Divisional Cadre Jammu/Kashmir. The appointments are made based on recommendations from the J&K Services Selection Board and endorsed by the General Administration Department.

Srinagar 5 Jan(KSA): The Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department, under Government Order No. 04-JK (Edu) of 2024, has addressed the placement and adjustment of In-charge Lecturers in the discipline of Chemistry. This order, dated 04.01.2024, follows a series of developments since the initial placement through Government Order No. 1354-Edu of 2022, dated 31.05.2022.

In the aforementioned order, Sh. Anil Sharma (Master), Sh. Bharat Bhushan (Teacher), and Mridhu Bhashni Sharma (Teacher) were appointed as In-charge Lecturers and subsequently posted to new locations. However, a corrigendum issued on 02.06.2022, amended their place of posting to “in-situ,” with a commitment to determining their new postings shortly.

Director School Education, Jammu, received a representation from Sh. Anil Sharma, Master GMS Balli Bhawan Kalakote, who sought adjustment as 1/c Lecturer. The department, after careful examination and obtaining vacancy details for Chemistry Lecturers in Jammu Division, decided to finalize their postings post the ATD-2023.

The latest order now details the specific institutions where the incumbents will serve as 1/c Lecturers in Chemistry. Furthermore, it instructs that Sh. Anil Sharma, the incumbent at Sr. No. 1, will draw his salary against the vacant post of HOD DIET Rajouri until further orders.

Srinagar, January 4: A fake date sheet for the JKBOSE Class 10th Annual Exams 2024 has been circulating on social media platforms in the past few days. The fake date sheet shows incorrect exam dates and is creating confusion among students.

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has not yet officially released the final schedule for the Class 10th board exams for the session 2023-24. However, a forged date sheet with false dates is being shared widely on WhatsApp and Facebook.

According to the fake circulating date sheet, the Class 10 exams will begin from February 15, 2024 which is incorrect. The actual exams are expected to start in March 2024 as per past trends.

The JKBOSE has warned students and parents to only refer to the official website jkbose.ac.in for authentic news and updates on the exam schedule. Students are advised to not trust or share any unofficial date sheet from unreliable sources.

It is speculated that some miscreants are deliberately spreading the fake date sheet to cause confusion. The board has said that legal action may be taken against those circulating the forged document.

Srinagar, 4 Jan: Amid rumours regarding announcement of date sheet of class 10th, 11th, 12th, however official refutes rumours, adding datesheet will be announced soon.

An official source told Daily Spark News that datesheet making rounds on social media are fake, students must check official website of the Board of School Education (BOSE) for the authentic release of the Class 10th and 12th date sheets, he said.

JKSET/LASET Document Verification Schedule Announced

Srinagar, January 5(KSA): The Jammu and Kashmir State Eligibility Test (JKSET) Agency, University of Jammu, has released the schedule for verification of documents for candidates who qualified in the JKSET/LASET Exam held on October 1, 2023.

The qualified candidates have been advised to get their eligibility and reserve category certificates verified at JKSET/LASET offices at University of Jammu, Jammu or University of Kashmir, Srinagar as per the schedule along with the required documents.

Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board Postpones Veterinary Pharmacist Exam

Srinagar, 4th January (KSA): The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has postponed the written examination for the post of Veterinary Pharmacist in the Animal & Sheep Husbandry Department.

As per a notification issued by JKSSB, the exam scheduled to be held on 21st January 2024 has now been postponed to 11th February 2024.

JKSSB Finance Accounts Assistant Exam 

The JKSSB Controller of Examinations, Shri Reyaz Ahmad Malik, issued the notice regarding the postponement on 4th January 2024.

The written exam postponement will impact candidates who had applied and were planning to appear for the Veterinary Pharmacist recruitment exam. The JKSSB has advised such candidates to take note of the new revised exam date.
